In collaboration with designer Hyunoh, I co-created and prototyped this experimental art book that explores the uncanny valley of image-making. The book consists of paired “image” pages and “mask” pages, sourced from generic photographs of suburban houses. We designed the book in a way that is entirely customizable - the readers (or viewers) can rearrange the sequence of pages, creating new and unexpected visual outcomes with each combinations.
